About Me

This photograph of myself captures a deeply personal moment in my journey. My soul painting, Celebration in Aging, was born from my own struggle to accept the reality of getting older. For a long time, I viewed aging through the lens of what I was losing rather than what and who I was becoming.

Then, when I saw this photograph of myself, something shifted within me. In that moment, I remembered my soul painting and it led me to a profound revelation: aging is beautiful.

I suddenly saw myself differently, not as someone becoming less, but as a woman becoming more fully herself.
